If you are having issues the RealTruck (scott sold RealTruck in 2015). Call their "sales" line to talk with them if customer service doesn't answer - you can also call the manufacture of the product you ordered and they often will do something about your issue if they won't.
Scott sold RealTruck in 2015. At that time it has a 99% customer satisfaction rating along with an award place work place culture. Sadly & very unfortunately that is no longer the case. The focus is on sales & profit rather than culture. The head quarters were moved from North Dakota to Florida. Sales have grown, not sure on profit, but a quick internet search shows the customer ratings & employee satisfaction ratings are embarrassingly low. Further proof that work culture matters. Things did not turn out as Scott had hoped. As a result, in May of 2020, Scott, aka, the Red Headed Rebel's entrepreneurial spirit kicked in again and he re-entered the truck accessories space again via RHRSwag.com, on a mission to make peoples lives & vehicle better. Focusing on customers, staff and business partners.
